Bad breath is not only creating problem for you but also can create problem for others. Sometimes you may fail to realize that your breath make your surrounding people uncomfortable. Even your relationship face serious trouble and in worst cases it might break. So oral hygiene should be treated seriously.

Some factors that influences that can prevent bad breath are stated here:

Water
A bacteria named anaerobic mostly responsible for foul odor. Dry mouth usually the favorite place for bacteria. So drink water in every hour might be a good solution to keep the bacteria at bay.

Clean your mouth
It is compulsory to brush your teeth at least twice in day. It has no alternative. So make it as habit. While brushing, take care of your tongue. Unclean tongue is a heaven for bacteria which causes bad smell. If you are a smoker then clean your mouth every time you smoke. You would also go for nicotine free cigarettes to avoid foul smell. In fact you cannot avoid it completely but it is better than traditional cigarette.

Eliminate oral diseases
Oral diseases like Candida and gum not only create bad odor but also a threat for your teeth. Only dentist advice can save you from the problem. Remember lack of medical care can worsen the situation further.

Using natural prevention
You may know that herbal products contain natural ingredients like herbs which are good for your oral health. Along with herbal products raw natural resources like parsley and vera contain natural antibiotics. Regular chewing of these natural things can create pretty good smell in your mouth. In addition it can keep your mouth watery. Smoker who uses herbal vaporizers can use these as additional protection.

Eat adequate fruits and vegetables
Some fruits that contain fiber like carrot, apple, celery, etc can keep your mouth clean and hygiene. You should also eat plenty of vegetables that can ensure sound oral health.
